Resume data and analysis results are retained for 90 days after account closure to allow for data export. After this period, data is permanently deleted.

8. Facebook Data Deletion

If you signed up using Facebook Login and wish to delete your Facebook-related data from ResumeCoach, you have the following options:

8.1 Automatic Deletion via Facebook

When you remove ResumeCoach from your Facebook Apps settings, Facebook automatically sends us a deletion request. We process these requests promptly and remove:

• The OAuth connection between your Facebook account and ResumeCoach
• Your Facebook user ID from our system
• Any Facebook-specific authentication tokens

After deletion, you will receive a confirmation code. You can check the status of your deletion request at resumecoach.me/data-deletion-status.

8.2 Manual Request

You can also request deletion of your Facebook data by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Facebook Data Deletion Request".

8.3 What Remains After Facebook Deletion

Deleting your Facebook data does NOT delete your ResumeCoach account or your resume data. To delete your entire account, please contact us separately or use the account deletion feature in your settings.
